I suddenly felt like I really wanted a PS3 RPG. Made by the same people who did Mana Khemia and Atelier Iris (sp), it has all the features common to their games. A complicated item creation system (which you have to use because it's part of the story), simplistic storyline and premise, and cute fully-voiced dialog. Picked up Fallout3 for 30 dollars at Best Buy. (Collector's edition was on clearance. Handed the tin and all the stuff in it to Raven.) Learning how to play the game, although the number one thing fueling it is... kleptomania. Basically the same thing that fueled me for Oblivion. On the computer side, things are going well, thanks to Raven's help. Ended up jacking someone's computer (on top of having both of mine there) and running basic maintenance on it.... which I will not mention much about in detail, before Raven rages at his computer screen reading this ( Read more... )

I saw the entire series. Today. And I cannot even begin to explain how moved I feel by the storyline. A great work done by the Macross people, the technology, the premise, the different motives.... it came together like a beautiful song.

A really wonderful series. The only equivilant is with each time I saw the Oh My Goddess! movie.

Currently I spend most of my free time playing Valkyria Chronicles, trying to learn to read calligraphy, or (re)reading Star Trek novels ( Read more... )
